Project governance

We have created tools and guidelines for project governance purposes. Chief among those a 'governance map', which has been developed to formally document how decisions within projects are made, who has authority to do what, who is accountable for what, and what checks and balances exist. The implementation was based on elements from RUP and PRINCE2 and was rolled out nationwide. The governance map helped the respective bank to have a concise overview of their project portfolio processes as well as helped to communicate more effectively between operational departments and senior management levels.
